Better Jobs Ontario

In the modern era, acquiring a job can be difficult enough, but when someone loses a job, it can be even more difficult to find a new position, let alone deal with one’s home life and existing financial commitments.

Government of Ontario’s Better Jobs Ontario program is offering a cost-sharing grant to qualifying laid-off professionals that can assist them in preparing for a new career, assisting with tuition, resource, transportation, and living expenses related to their new education for up to two years at offering as much as $28 000 CAD.

The Ministry of Colleges and Universities has certain requirements of applicants to the Better Jobs Ontario program—i.e. the program of choice must not run longer than two years, some contributions by the applicant may be necessary, etc. However, the BITTS International Career College guidance team can assist its applicants with these matters to help them better qualify for the Better Jobs Ontario program.
