Social media has become an important component of modern marketing, enabling organizations to build brand awareness, engage audiences, promote products and services, generate leads, and measure campaign performance. Artificial Intelligence is increasingly being used to improve content creation, campaign planning, audience messaging, and marketing productivity.
BITTS International Career College’s Social Media Marketing with AI short course introduces students to social media marketing principles while integrating practical applications of Artificial Intelligence into modern marketing activities.
Students learn how to develop social media strategies, conduct audience research, create customer personas, develop content, write marketing copy, and plan campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Students also explore paid social media advertising, audience targeting, campaign optimization, analytics, KPIs, and ROI measurement.
The course incorporates generative AI tools and prompt engineering for content ideation, copywriting, audience-specific messaging, campaign development, content repurposing, and marketing automation. Students apply their learning through practical exercises and complete an AI-powered social media campaign as their final project.
